Refund & Cancellation Policy
Regular Orders (Shipping from local warehouse)
Within 2 Hours: full refund
Within 6 Hours: 95% refund(A 5% fee of the total order value will be charged for processing.)
Within 12 Hours: 90% refund(A 10% fee of the total order value will be charged for processing.)
Over 24 Hours: non-refundable
Note: In certain situations, we can't accept the cancellation if your package has been shipped. If you still want to cancel, need to pay 50% of the order amount along with the shipping costs incurred.
Customized Orders (Shipping from China)
Within 2 Hours: 90% refund(A 10% fee of the total order value will be charged for processing.)
Within 6 Hours: 80% refund(A 20% fee of the total order value will be charged for processing.)
Over 8 Hours: non-refundable
Note: In special cases, it won't be able to cancel the order if the factory has already started producing your doll.
( * Note: The refund typically take 3-10 business days to be returned to your account. The exact time of arrival depends on your bank. )
Return Policy
Due to the unique and intimate nature of adult dolls, we kindly ask that you contact us within one week of receiving your doll if you have any concerns or issues. We regret that we are unable to accept returns after this period.
1. Unopened Package or Outer Box Opened (Inner Packaging Intact)
If you wish to return your doll, please ensure that the package is not opened, or that only the outer box is opened while the inner packaging remains sealed. Before proceeding with any return, kindly take clear photos and videos to document the condition of the package, and share them with our customer service team for confirmation. Once approved, you may contact a courier to arrange the return.
Note: The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and any applicable warehouse handling fees. Upon receiving the returned package, our warehouse will inspect the item. As shipping conditions can vary, if the package or product is damaged during transit, the customer may be required to cover any incurred damages.
Important: Please do not return the product without prior authorization from our customer service team.
2. Opened Package or Used Doll
Returns can't be accepted if the package has been opened and can't be restored or the doll has been used by you. For this reason, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect the doll upon arrival for any potential defects. The doll may be used after you have confirmed that there are no quality issues.
Examples of qualifying product defects include:
1. Significant material tears or damage to the body.
2. Severe deformation of the doll's shape.
3. Complete loosening of the internal skeleton.
Please note that minor cosmetic issues, such as small material imperfections or indentations, do not qualify as quality defects.
Here are some examples of issues that would not qualify for a return:
1. Damage from misuse: This includes damage caused by rough handling or improper use, such as cracked material or loosened internal skeleton due to excessive force.
2. Weight concerns: If the weight of the doll is heavier than expected and impacts the user experience, this does not constitute a defect.
3. Hygiene issues: If the doll is not cleaned or maintained properly, leading to stains or odors, this is not covered under our return policy.
